Shank Tailpiece Kits
Tailpieces connect to shanks as an adapter to allow beer line to connect to a shank on the inside of the fridge or wall or kegerator tower. They also can be larger bore for CO2 gas line barbed fittings to connect to a keg coupler. They come in several lengths.
- 3/16" Inner Diameter Bore - typical kegerator beer line size and is known to be a better beer line size to prevent foamy pours
- 1/4" Inner Diameter Bore - Better for longer beer runs as there is less resistance within the line and therefore can maintain pressure in a longer run (20 feet plus)
- 5/16" Inner Diameter Bore - Used typically for CO2 line
